Daniel and the team at douglas elliman were wonderful. Had a photographer take beautiful photos of our 1 bedroom coop on the UWS, gave us great advice on pricing, staging etc and then we sold it to the first person who saw it! Daniel even brought gorgeous flowers the day of our open house. I highly recommend Daniel Sager and his team for your real estate needs!
Agree with everyone else, this is a stellar team, great working with them
Ben and the Dixon Advisory Team delivered a genuinely smooth experience through my home purchase in NYC. Ben was sharp on market knowledge, responsive at every step, and navigated a competitive co-op process with real professionalism. Christian toured multiple properties with me and was always well-prepared and insightful, and Matt did an excellent job putting together a thorough, organized board package that made the approval process seamless. Highly recommend Ben and the Dixon Advisory Team to anyone looking to buy in Manhattan.
Professional interactions and efficient application submissions. Benjamin Dixon and his team were a pleasure to work with.
The Dixon Advisory team is adept at guiding people through the often-stressful financial decisions that need to be made when buying or selling a home.
