Meet Veronica Baitova

Veronica Baitova brings a globally informed, relationship-driven approach to real estate, shaped by a background in entrepreneurship, finance, and communications.  Originally from Russia, she moved to New York in 2006 after earning a degree in editing and later pursued studies in finance. Prior to real estate, Veronica built a career in fintech and went on to successfully own and operate her own company for over a decade, experiences that refined her expertise in negotiation, client relations, and strategic business thinking.  Coming from a family of real estate professionals, she was naturally drawn to the industry through a genuine passion for people, connection, and guiding clients toward finding a place they are proud to call home. 

At Douglas Elliman, Veronica represents buyers, sellers, and investors with a thoughtful, highly personalized approach rooted in professionalism and clear communication.  She combines analytical insight with a strong sense of service, allowing her to guide clients through each stage of the process with clarity and confidence.  Having built both a career and family in New York, she understands the deeply personal nature of finding the right home and is especially attuned to the distinct lifestyles of both Manhattan and the Hamptons, offering clients meaningful perspective across markets. 

Outside of real estate, Veronica is deeply engaged in her community and family life.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and being outdoors, particularly at the beach.  A proud mother of two, she and her family share a love of surfing, coastal living, and spending time in the Hamptons throughout the year.  She also serves as Executive Vice President of Events for her school community, reflecting her commitment to connection and involvement beyond her professional work.  Veronica brings warmth, sophistication, and dedication to every client relationship, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience from start to finish.
